Customer Contact Centre
The Civic Centre's Customer Contact Centre is the first
point of contact for residents enquiring, face to face, by
telephone or via e-mail, about Carlisle City Council
services.
People can make payments including council tax and car parking
fines and it also provides information about:
- Council Tax enquiries
- Concessionary fares
Dustbin emptying- Litter and street cleaning
- Refuse and special waste collection
- Street lighting
- Job vacancies
- Planning applications
- Councillor details
