Open invitation to residents

Carlisle’s award-winning crematorium will stage its annual Christmas Remembrance Service this Saturday (20 December).

Held within the Crematorium Chapel, the festive service will begin at 3pm and is expected to last for around half an hour.

All are welcome to attend and write a message to loved ones on a star or snowflake. This can then be placed on one of the two trees of hope within the chapel.

Revd Eleanor Hancock and June Carswell, Bereavement Services Manager is leading the service.

The Mayor of Carlisle, Cllr Mrs Jacquelyne Geddes and her Consort will be attending. Donations can be made to the Hospice at Home.
