Equality Standard for Local Government

The Standard has been developed as a tool to enable local authorities to mainstream age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation into council policy and practice at all levels.

We report what level we have achieved (there are five levels) and what we are aiming for in our Corporate Improvement Plan.
