Extended schooling provision

What is an Extended School?

An extended school offers a range of services for children, young people, their families and the local community beyond the normal school day.

Schools work closely with parents and existing providers to ensure the services and activities offered meet the needs of the community.

Cumbria County Council provide Extended Schools as part of their Children's Services.
